A. Prudential LeClair was recommended by someone we know at Georgian College.

A. Definitely. Jeff was always very helpful and we had great discussions about the market and trends etc. That was important because we listed our house just as the recession was easing, but HST was on the horizon.

A. Very impressed with their ability to list on the Toronto market, the photos Michelle took & the effort Jeff made to show the house, even during a snow storm! They worked hard to market it (web site is excellent) and Jeff was always positive about the ability for it to sell even with the recession.

A. Overall that was the best home selling experience over. I didn't feel that I was losing money to a commission that wasn't earned. They all worked hard (especially the ladies in the office) to do their best for me and to market my home. I will definitely work with this office & realtors again! You're the best.
