A. Despite having a personal friendship with Jeff & Michelle, their professionalism and market knowledge (as well as their caring attitude) made my decision easy to choose them as my real estate representatives.
Our son Kevin used Century 21 to sell his house and had great success. When we decided to put our home on the market Kevin referred us to Century 21 Jeff & Michelle Barr. He answered all our questions with honesty, and not just what we wanted to hear. Good sense of humor. Suggestions from Jeff on how to make the house look bigger and spacious were very helpful & paid off. We were overwhelmed on how fast the house was sold. In our opinion Jeff and Michelle are great negotiators. Over all, and I can't say enough about the confidence, honesty and secure feeling we got from them, we did pick the right people for the job. We would recommend the services of Century 21 Jeff & Michelle Barr to any one. They have made our transition from our home to the new residence very easy.
When we meet with Jeff at our home we immediatley had a sense of confidence and a relaxed feeling that he was knowledgeable and that we did not have to worry about anything. We knew that we were in good hands and he was going to work for us.
Jeff was clear and pointed out the pros and cons of how to price our home.

A. Definitely. Jeff was always very helpful and we had great discussions about the market and trends etc. That was important because we listed our house just as the recession was easing, but HST was on the horizon.

A. Overall that was the best home selling experience over. I didn't feel that I was losing money to a commission that wasn't earned. They all worked hard (especially the ladies in the office) to do their best for me and to market my home. I will definitely work with this office & realtors again! You're the best.
