Market Update... Rates remained the same on both fixed and variable mortgages the past week. Bond rates continue to be extremely low and stable. Hey Joe, I heard that when finishing a basement it's best to use metal studs, but then a builder friend said wood is fine and it doesn't make a difference. What's your expert opinion? Thanks!

I have an extreme allergy to latex. I have been told by my allergist to find a paint that does not contain latex in it. I need to paint my home before putting it up for sale. Could you please recommend something?
